Terrible practice. I called on June 22nd and made a first appointment for my son. The earliest opening they had was August 27th. During the 29 minute phone call where the person. Took down all of my son’s information, they rescheduled the original appointment to a different date because they mistakenly told me they had availability when they did not. No problem. Now, here we are, the day before the appointment and I call to confirm the appointment since I did not receive a confirmation this week. I’m told there is no record of my son’s information on the system and the location I was “scheduled” for is closed tomorrow. They offered to send me across town at 9a tomorrow. The one star is for today’s receptionist trying to fix the problem but what an infuriating g situation. The phone tree is antiquated. The system is broken
