If I could give zero stars I would. As someone who previously worked in a pediatric dental office, I was highly disappointed and shocked by how my son was treated during his first procedure without numbing. The dentist yelled at him, repeatedly told him to “STOP!” and “be quiet,” aggressively gripping back on his mouth because she was frustrated and couldn’t handle his behavior and said, “I can’t do this,” while he was just crying and scared. It was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. My son left traumatized. Afterward, we were told he needed additional treatment that was never even mentioned during his initial exam or treatment plan. When I explained he does better with calm verbal guidance, it felt like the response was more focused on sedating him than actually working with him. I would never recommend this office to any family. This is not how children should be treated in a dental setting. The dentist lacks the patience and compassion needed to work with children.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with my child going to the dentist. This is the first time my son has ever had a proper cleaning and was not used to the tools, water or cotton that was going through his mouth. Instead of the doctor being patient with a child which is what you’re suppose to do with a child , she was very aggressive with my son in terms of pushing him down to the chair when he felt uncomfortable, gripping his mouth. She also yelled at him “to be quiet “ when he was crying. I’ve never seen a doctor so impatient , rude and aggressive with a child until today. Do not come here at all.

Linda is the best! The entire staff is amazing, very grateful to be able to take my kids to this wonderful office! The kids love it!
